With over 10 years of experience in photography, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to every wedding I shoot. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in the arts, which gave me a solid foundation in visual storytelling and design. This background has shaped my unique approach to photography, allowing me to capture moments with an artistic eye.

I provide my clients with a helpful guide full of useful wedding planning tips, based on my experience and that of my past clients. It's all about supporting you through the process and making your special day even better.

If you have no experience in photoshoots, don't worry. I will help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy the shooting process.

Before your wedding, we'll discuss the style you love, so I can capture the vibe you want. You can also request specific shots, like blur effects or anything else you'd like to try, ensuring the photos match your unique vision.

I speak German, English, and Russian.

You will receive ABSOLUTELY ALL the good photos with no limits.

Each photo is individually edited. I don’t just use one filter for all photos. This approach more time, but the result is something I’m truly proud of.

There’s no need to select specific photos for retouching — all the images you receive will already be beautifully retouched. I prefer a neutral color correction style combined with light, natural retouching to ensure the photos look timeless and authentic.

No camera, lens, or memory card is immune to technical issues, no matter how new or expensive. It’s something every photographer could face.

It’s very rare for something to go wrong, but I’m always prepared just in case! I use top professional equipment where every photo is saved to two memory cards at the same time. I also always have a backup camera and lenses with me. After the shoot, your photos are copied to five different locations. No matter what happens, your pictures are completely safe with me.

1. I don’t drink coffee or fizzy drinks — I stick to tea, water, or matcha latte.

2. I have a bachelor's degree in art and design, and a second bachelor's in interior architecture. Creativity has always been at the core of my work.

3. I started my first business at 14, selling glass art. It's safe to say I’ve been entrepreneurial since day one!

4. I’m obsessed with earrings. On every trip, I hunt down a unique pair from local jewelers — my version of collecting souvenirs.

1. How much does your service cost?

I offer different packages according to the duration of the service and the number of photographers needed. Contact me via Email or Instagram to get more information.

2. Are you available for Travel and for Destination Weddings?

Yes, I am! A limited number of destination weddings are available each year. Please feel free inquire for further details and giving a short outline of your plans.

3. How long have you been in the wedding photography industry? How many weddings have you attended as a photographer?

I started out as a photographer in 2014 and am doing weddings for 5 years now. I never counted the weddings that I did. Every year I am pretty much booked out from April to September. I recommend not choosing the photographer on such numbers but on the works that he has on display.

4. How would you define your style of photography?

I would describe my photography style as elegant and classic, I incorporate a subtle touch of fashion and luxury. I prefer a neutral color correction for photos, along with light and natural retouching.

Inside, you'll find over 70 pages packed with helpful tips on timelines, engagement sessions, making sure you don't miss a thing with my wedding checklist, getting ready smoothly and capturing all the details.

Plus, I've got you covered with advice on coordinating with your wedding party, taking those must-have family photos, enjoying your reception, and even recommendations for trusted vendors—all alongside tips from brides who have already tied the knot.

And don't forget, I've included the latest trends in wedding attire, makeup, and hairstyles to ensure you look your absolute best on your big day.

This guide will save you lots of time. It's everything you need for a stress-free and unforgettable wedding experience!

6. When, in which form, and how many photos will you deliver?

From the day on which I receive your final payment, the editing time will start. It takes maximum 14 days (but you could get it earlier as well). You also have the option to receive absolutely everything within just 2 days or a preview with 20 edited photos on the next day. This offering is part of my additional services.

You will receive a link to an online gallery that I only share with you. All the photos are instantly visible there. A mass download of all pictures is possible (compressed size and original file size) as well as the download of individual pictures.

I always send all the good photos with color correction and retouched without any limitations. There are different photo packages, and depending on the amount of time, there's a fixed minimum number of photos. Usually, people receive much more than agreed upon.

7. Do you retouch the photos?

Each photo is edited individually. It requires more effort, but it gives the photos life and sincerity. You won't need to choose a specific number of photos for retouching – all your shots will already be retouched.

8. Is there any preview pictures provided after the wedding shortly?

I process all photos quite quickly, but as part of my additional services, I offer a preview of 20 pictures on the next day after the wedding.

9. Will our photos be published on your website or Instagram? Who owns copyright?

Your privacy and preferences are incredibly important to me.

In the contract I prepare a separate clause that you can sign if you want to opt out of this. This full privacy option is a part of my extra services, and you're welcome to choose it.

So the decision is with you, but since you found me by looking at works which I was allowed to publish, I would of course greatly appreciate it.

‘Ayla Paul Photography’ owns the copyright to all photographs. You get permission to use them for personal use such as on social media platforms, you can print as many as you like and you are welcome to share with family and friends.

10. Can I purchase an album? Do you offer prints?

I offer individual, high-quality handmade albums and photo boxes with USB flash drives. There are several options available, including different colors, all customizable to suit your preferences.

11. Do you shoot on analog film?

Yes, I shoot 35mm film as well. It's an additional service I offer.

12. Do you offer services of a second photographer or assistant?

Yes, there is such an option. Choosing this service can be much more advantageous than hiring two separate photographers. It ensures comprehensive coverage of your special day and allows for capturing different angles and moments simultaneously.

13. Do you offer the option to add videography?

Yes, I collaborate with a professional videographer and drone pilot. You can find more information on my website.

14. What equipment do you use, and do you have backup gear in case of malfunctions?

I use top-of-the-line equipment and take precautions to prevent malfunctions. Each photo is saved twice on different memory cards. In case of a primary camera issue, I have a backup camera. After the shoot, your pictures are copied to five locations for maximum security, ensuring accessibility despite possible technical issues.

15. Is it possible to add extra hours if needed?

It's usually not a problem to extend the coverage for additional hours if needed. But please communicate it as soon as possible, so that I can align my travel times etc.

16. Can we request specific editing styles, such as black and white or vintage effects?

Shortly before your wedding, I'll send you a digital questionnaire where you can provide all the information I need. You can also upload photos that inspire you, helping me understand your style and preferences. I take them into account as a reference for editing and shooting. You can also share your vision of photography style during our conversation. Please keep in mind that as a photographer, I have my own interpretation and style of photography. If you choose me, it means you appreciate and like my work.

17. What if I don't know how to pose?

There is no need to worry, as I'll guide you through every pose and moment, ensuring that you feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

18. Is the final offer the final cost we will pay? Are travel/accommodation fees included? Is there any hidden amount?

The final offer reflects the total cost you'll pay, with no hidden fees or surprises.

19. Can we meet up? Possibly for a video call?

Yes, video calls are easy to arrange and an effective way to get a first impression of each other and discuss your wedding plans or questions in more detail.

20. How do I book you as my photographer? What is your standard booking and payment procedure?

After you choose me as your photographer, I'll prepare a contract outlining all the details we discussed beforehand. Once you sign the contract and transfer the pre-payment, your date is officially booked in my calendar. The remaining payment is made after the wedding.
